Rates:
Counseling Services:
$170.00 per Initial Intake Session
$155.00 per additional Session
Anger Management Classes:
Call for current rates.
** 10 week program. Discount provided if all sessions paid in advance.
This program is not covered by insurance.
LifeSTAR Addiction Classes:
Phase One:
$500.00 3-day educational class setting
Phase Two and Three:
$200.00 - $250.00/month, weekly 1.5 hour
group sessions
** This program is not covered by insurances.
Insurances:
We are able to accept most health insurance and employee assistance programs. Contact our office for specific information or contact your insurance company and ask for outpatient mental health benefits.
Payments:
We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
Cancelation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling
of an appointment. There is an $80.00 late cancelation and missed appointment fee.
